GIS-FRANCE is a volunteer association dedicated to assisting populations during natural disasters.

Who are we?

The Groupe d’Interventions et de Secours (GIS FRANCE) is a non-profit humanitarian association established under French Law 1901.
We are women and men, all volunteers, with backgrounds in emergency response. We put our skills at the service of populations in difficulty, affected by natural or human-made disasters, both in France and abroad.
Our commitment is driven by dedication and professionalism, and above all by our passion for helping people

Our skills

We are capable of:
• operating in complete autonomy
• conducting search and rescue operations and providing medical care to victims trapped under rubble
• setting up and operating a medical field clinic
• supporting logistical and/or technical operations, such as water purification
• lift and move loads weighing several tons

Donations are eligible for an income tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount donated, up to a limit of 20% of taxable income. For example, a donation of €50 entitles you to a tax reduction of €33, and a donation of €100 to a reduction of €66, etc.
